Set your dog up for success
We aspire to help you build a positive relationship with your dog by empowering you with up-to-date knowledge and best dog training tips required to prevent, manage, and solve unwanted behaviours.
We believe that the key to success for a well-socialised, confident and obedient dog is training your dog with clear communication, trust, positive reinforcement and consistency.
We aim to build a friendly, non-judgemental dog training community where you can continually develop your knowledge and unlock the potential of your dog's ability to learn new skills to build their confidence and avoid behavioural problems. Our London dog training centre is located in Notting Hill.
What makes us unique
We are the first and only London dog training centre located in the north of Notting Hill (Kensal Rise), which is near to all areas of London (e.g. Battersea, Chelsea and Kensington, Hammersmith, East London).
We offer puppy training group classes, obedience dog training lessons for puppies and dogs of all age; as well as private dog training sessions and behaviour consultation to work on preventing or tackling unwanted behaviours in a controlled and safe environment, regardless of the weather conditions. Our location which is near to busy roads and popular parks (e.g. Kensington Gardens) is also ideal for working outdoors to tackle behavioural issues that only show outside the home environment (e.g. dogs pulling on the lead, dogs with no recall, dogs barking at strangers). In addition, we offer home-visit dog behaviour consultation and one-on-one dog training lessons around Chelsea, Kensington, Islington, other areas of zone 1 and some areas of zone 2. We specialise in cases of Fear-Aggressivion, Anxiety and Noise Phobia.
Our dog training centre is founded by dog behaviour specialist, Mrs Antonella Marsicano, who has an MSc in Clinical Animal Behaviour and is certified (Clinical Animal Behaviourist), which is considered the best dog training accreditation in the industry by the dog behaviour training regulatory body, Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC). Antonella specialises in dog communication helping with behavioural problems such as dogs that display aggressive behaviours (i.e. labelled aggressive dogs), fearful/anxious dogs and dogs that are unable to settle (i.e. excessive barking), In addition, she has several years of experience as a dog trainer having attended numerous animal training workshops and seminars all over the world.
Our longer term vision is to become a certified dog training centre for those who want to work in the field; so our team is composed of professionals that have a passion for learning and teaching, in addition to be animal lovers.

Yes. We understand that each dog is different, so our dog training services are tailored to meet each individual's needs. We offer private dog training sessions and various dog classes at our dog training centre in West London.
For puppies, we offer London’s best puppy training group classes.
-
We offer both! Our dog training centre based in West London provides private training lessons and dog training group classes indoors and outdoors near local parks such as Kensington Gardens and Holland Park. In addition, we offer in-home training sessions in London zone 1, such as Kensington, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Bayswater, Paddington, Maida Vale, St John's Wood, Regents Park, Queens Park, Camden Town, Battersea, Pimlico, Fulham, Kensal Green. If your area is not listed, contact us to see if we cover it.

Absolutely! You can definitely teach an old dog new tricks. However, although puppy classes are likely to suit all puppies, dog obedience classes might not be the same for adult dogs. The reason is that puppies have very little learning history, so you need to start from basics, whereas adult dogs may have already picked up bad habits that need undoing, so private dog training sessions are probably best.

Our dog training method is reward based, known as Positive Reinforcement. This method is scientifically proven to be the most effective and humane way to train a dog. In addition, it is fun and helps build a strong bond with your dog. Our dog trainers are all highly qualified. Our founder, Antonella Marsicano, is a dog behaviour expert and one of London's few certified clinical animal behaviourists (full member of the ABTC, APBC and FABClinicians)

Charlie
“ Antonella helped me understand how to speak dog. As a result, I know how to recognise which situations make Charlie happy and which don’t, how to become his safe space, and more. Other dog trainers could not offer the bespoke understanding and training Charlie and, more importantly, I required. In the five years since Antonella first transformed the relationship between me, my dog and the big wide world, I have recommended her to many other dog owners. “

“Antonella is a canine miracle worker! We’d 100% recommend seeing her. What makes Antonella special is that she doesn’t just train the dogs, she also trains the owners and that means that, as well as having a well-behaved hound, she also creates a between the two that will last a lifetime. She will leave you with just some of the tools in her box of tricks so that your pup is a joy to live with rather than a chore.”

Toby
“My three old year German Shepherd x American Bulldog, Toby, has suffered for years with quite crippling anxiety which stops him from walking on the street, with the cause evading us. Antonella completed changed my relationship and understanding with Toby, helping me not only come to grips with his anxiety but also providing coaching and guidance on how to manage it (in a realistic way). I would be lost with Antonella, and both Toby and I thank her for her patience, professionalism, kindness and understanding”

“Antonella is one of the best. I have a cockapoo with anxiety which included an acute fear of being handled by groomers and vets as well as demonstrating some attention seeking and resource guarding behaviours. Antonella was very patient and over the course of a few sessions taught me tools and techniques to fix and manage the issues. I now have a dog that goes to the groomers and vets with absolutely no issues - he no longer has to be muzzled when there and seems to enjoy himself. I now have some excellent strategies to manage the resource guarding and attention seeking behaviour and it has reduced significantly as I’ve learnt how to remove the opportunity for it to arise or quickly deescalate the situation if it does happen. I thought I had a bit of a lost cause on my hands behaviour wise but Antonella has turned that around for me. I cannot recommend her enough as I now have a cockapoo that is very easy to manage.’
